Seetronic SCMF5B Female 5-Pin XLR Connector (Black Body, Silver Contacts)
The Seetronic SCMF5B is a professional 5-core female XLR cable connector featuring a black plated metal housing and silver-plated contacts, designed for reliable signal transmission in professional audio and lighting control systems.
This connector is engineered with a durable internal-thread metal shell construction, providing strong mechanical stability and resistance to stress under demanding stage, touring, and installation conditions. The internal thread design helps the connector maintain structural integrity when exposed to mechanical load or vibration.
The SCMF5B includes two cable clamps to support different cable diameters: a black clamp for 3.5mm–6mm cables and a white clamp for 6mm–8mm cables, giving installers flexibility during assembly.
The connector features a compact no-ring housing design, helping reduce connector footprint and improve space efficiency when used in densely populated wiring systems. The boot is fitted with a polyurethane sealing sleeve, which provides excellent protection against cable bending stress and helps extend cable lifespan during repeated movement.
Coloured boots are available for identification and cable coding, assisting with organised system setup and maintenance.
