Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within one business day of being placed. If we encounter any issues that may affect processing, delivery or unexpected delay, we will contact you promptly to discuss the best available solution. We will always commit to finding the best possible options to get your order to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. 

Orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners, typically Australia Post for smaller parcels and residential deliveries, and Aramex Australia for larger items or commercial addresses. 

Oversized products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and require a physical street address. If you would prefer to use a specific courier service, please contact us shortly after placing your order to discuss, as additional fees may apply. If you wish to use your own freight company, please contact us prior to placing the order. We are happy to work with your preferred options. 

Please be aware that certain deliveries—including heavy or oversized items, express services, or shipments to regional and remote areas—may attract additional freight charges. In these cases, we will always notify you before proceeding, so you can review and approve any extra costs.
