Based on the proven XX Series platform, the RX Series introduces an extra slim right-angle design combined with five selectable cable outlet positions, allowing technicians to optimise cable routing for virtually any installation. This reduces cable strain, minimises clutter, and helps protect connectors and equipment in demanding professional environments.

The connector incorporates Neutrik's unique female contact cage design, providing exceptionally low contact resistance and outstanding signal integrity. An integrated solder barrier prevents solder from entering the contact mating area during assembly, while additional ground spring contacts improve shell grounding continuity for enhanced shielding performance.

The redesigned solid metal latch is stronger, larger, and easier to operate, while the improved chuck-type strain relief securely grips cable diameters from 3.5mm to 8.0mm, helping protect against cable pull-out and bending stress. Combined with the polyurethane gland, the NC3FRX is engineered for long service life in demanding touring, broadcast, and installation environments.
