The GigLife XLR5M5F3 is a professional 5-pin XLR male to 5-pin XLR female DMX cable designed for dependable data transmission in lighting control systems. With a 5-metre length, it’s perfect for short patch runs between fixtures, truss sections, and DMX splitters.

The use of industry leading Seetronic connectors ensures these cables are reliable and robust. 

This cable uses Van Damme Smart Control DMX 1 pair control cable which is a flexible, medium duty flexible cable for transmission of the DMX512 lighting protocol. For fixed installation or medium duty tour grade use.

Constructed for reliable performance, this cable uses features Conductor 16 x 0.20 mm tinned oxygen-free copper strands, 16 × 16 × 0.12 cotton filler, aluminium foil shielding, and a 20 × 0.12 drain wire to help reduce signal interference and maintain consistent DMX output.

The cable is fitted with durable black metal 5-pin XLR connectors, complete with metal boots and rubber glands for strength in touring and production environments. Clear heat shrink and a yellow identification ring make it easy to quickly identify the cable length within larger rigs.
